Description: This introductory course teaches the basics of kettlebell training, including its history, safety techniques, body positioning, alignment and appropriate starting weights. Participants will experience and coach the basic exercises of the swing, clean and press, and snatch, as well as learn creative ways in which to incorporate these exercises into group classes or individual workouts.

Description: This workshop will provide a breakdown of common orthopedic conditions to include rotator cuff and shoulder impingement, postural changes and neck and back pain, hip and knee replacements, meniscus tears, and plantar fasciitis. Exercise recommendations for management of the conditions and prevention of future injury will be provided, with hands-on application and case scenarios.
