Prospective Students

The ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ is a vibrant campus with numerous opportunities and
activities available to graduate students throughout the year. We have traditional
graduate students who attend classes on campus as well as fully online graduate students.
ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵstudents, with the exception of Prospective Graduate Nursing and Graduate Allied Health Majors, applying to ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵgraduate programs should complete a transcript request form which can be found on the University Registrar's Office website. In the Name/Organization field for the transcript recipient write, "ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵGraduate School". There is no charge associated with these requests. Completed forms can be faxed, mailed or hand-delivered to the Registrar's Office.
Please note that this option applies only to ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵtranscripts for students applying to ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵgraduate programs.
The ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ is an EO/AA employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression), religion, age, genetic information, disability, or protected veteran status.
